This policy explains what information the Cre8ive Labs website at cre8ivelabs.ai collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. The site is run by Creative Labs AI, LLC ("Cre8ive Labs," "we," "us"), a venture studio based in Miami, Florida. If you have any question about this policy, write to us at Teams@cre8ivelabs.ai.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website: the Cre8ive Labs pages and the venture pages we host here, including the forms, waitlists, and short links on them.

Some of our ventures have their own apps and their own privacy policies. When you use one of those apps, its policy applies to the app. You can find them here: Vibecheck, StoriA, and MedMatch.

Information you give us

Forms and waitlists. When you fill in a form on this site (for example "Work with us," a waitlist, a request for access, or a request to be contacted about a venture), we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form's questions.

Forms save as you type. To keep your place if you get interrupted, a form begins saving your details once you have entered a valid email address or phone number, before you press the final button. If you stop partway, we may keep what you entered and follow up about your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Consent choices. Some forms offer optional boxes to agree to email updates or to phone and text contact. When you submit, we record which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you were shown, the page you were on, and your browser's user agent (a short description of your browser and device). We keep this so we can prove what you agreed to, and honor it.

Messages. If you email or call us, we keep the message and our reply.

Information collected automatically

Basic, cookieless analytics (always on). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

Detailed analytics (only if you accept). When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. Only if you press Accept do we load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how far they scroll, which sections they see, and which links and buttons they click. Microsoft Clarity also makes session recordings: it records how you move, click, and scroll through a page, and what the page showed, so we can replay a visit and see where a page is confusing. These tools set their own cookies. If you press Decline, they never load, and the site works the same.

Short links. Some links we share use the form cre8ivelabs.ai/go/.... When you follow one, we record that the link was clicked, which link it was, and the name of the website you came from, if your browser shares it. We do not attach this to your name or to a cookie.

Server logs and abuse protection. Like any website, our servers see your IP address when you visit. We use it briefly to limit repeated requests so the forms cannot be flooded, and our hosting provider keeps standard logs for security and reliability.

Information stored in your browser

The site stores a few small values in your own browser's local storage. They stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

• cl-consent: whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask again.
• cre8-theme: whether you chose the light or dark look.
• vibecheck:waitlist:v1: if you join the Vibecheck waitlist, your first name, your email, and whether you joined, so the page can recognize you when you come back.

How we use information

• To reply to your request and follow up about it.
• To contact you by email, phone, or text only as you agreed.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and to stop spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own advertising.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They handle information only to provide their service to us.

• Vercel hosts the site and provides Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
• Supabase stores the details you submit through our forms.
• Resend delivers the email that sends the details you submit to our team.
• Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) provide detailed analytics, only if you accept.

Information you send about a venture is shared with the Cre8ive Labs team that runs that venture, so they can reply. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for as long as we need them to follow up on your request and keep a record of our contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep consent records for as long as we might need to show what you agreed to. Analytics providers keep their data according to their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

• Analytics. Decline in the banner. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings. That removes the analytics cookies and your saved choice, and the banner will ask you again.
• Marketing. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can tell us at any time to stop calling or texting you.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Email Teams@cre8ivelabs.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We protect the information we hold with access controls and encryption in transit, and we limit who on our team can see it. No method of storing or sending data is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
