How it works

A quiet question, gently asked.

01

A gentle question

Every day, StoriA asks one good question. About childhood, family, work, love. Never a quiz, never a task.

02

They just talk

Your loved one answers out loud, in their own words and their own time. StoriA listens the way a patient grandchild would.

03

The story is kept

Each answer becomes part of a living memoir the whole family can hear. In their voice, for generations.

Today’s prompt

What's a smell that takes you right back to childhood?

“Take your time. I’m here whenever you’re ready.”

For families

Your loved one, always here to talk to.

The stories that make someone who they are shouldn’t fade away. StoriA keeps a living record of the voice you love: the advice, the jokes, and the history only they can tell. It keeps them company now, and keeps you close to them always.

What guides every conversation

Dignity

We treat every elder as the author of their life, never as a patient or a product.

Warmth

Every interaction feels like a patient friend leaning in to listen, never a machine.

Continuity

A story has no true end. What is shared today stays reachable for generations.

Trust

These are the most precious memories a family owns. We hold them with the utmost care.

FAQ

Questions families ask.

StoriA is an AI companion for older adults. Each day it asks one gentle question about their life and listens while they answer aloud, turning the conversation into a living memoir their family can hear in their own voice. It is designed for company and remembrance, not for care.

StoriA asks one good question a day — about childhood, family, work or love — and your loved one simply answers out loud, in their own words and their own time. Each answer becomes part of a memoir the whole family can listen back to, so nobody has to sit down and run a formal interview.

No. StoriA is a companionship and memory-keeping product. It is not a caregiver, a sitter, a monitoring or safety service, or a substitute for human care and company, and it cannot summon help. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

No. StoriA does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any medical condition, and it is not therapy or medical or mental-health care. It is a conversation and memory product, and nothing it says should be treated as clinical guidance.

That is a decision for the family and their clinician, not one StoriA can make. StoriA makes no claim of benefit, treatment or suitability for dementia or any other condition. If you are considering it for someone with a cognitive condition, discuss it with the people responsible for their care first.

Your stories belong to you. StoriA's terms set that out directly, alongside how voice recordings and memories are handled. The recordings exist so the family keeps them, and they are treated as some of the most precious material a family owns.

Families enrol a loved one, and StoriA's terms cover what that involves. Enrol someone only with their knowledge and agreement where they are able to give it — the product is built around the elder being the author of their own life, not the subject of someone else's project.

Yes. StoriA's side of the conversation is AI-generated, which the terms address directly. It is designed to listen the way a patient grandchild would and to ask rather than quiz, but it is software, and it should not be mistaken for a person or relied on as one.

Care communities can request early access alongside families. StoriA is built for elders, families and care homes, and there is a separate route on this page for care communities to get in touch.

Not generally. StoriA is in development at Cre8ive Labs, and families and care homes can request early access today. No public launch date has been announced.

Every story deserves to be remembered.
