An exosome is a vesicle a cell uses to send instructions to its neighbors. In regenerative medicine, researchers study exosomes for their signaling cargo: the proteins and genetic messengers that can prompt a cell to calm inflammation and begin repair. The therapy is not a new cell placed in the body; it is the messenger the body already uses, studied and concentrated.

    A parent cell packages proteins, lipids, and genetic messengers (like microRNA) into a tiny membrane-bound vesicle and releases it.

    The vesicle, an exosome roughly 30 to 150 nanometers across, travels through the local tissue environment carrying that signaling cargo intact.

    Received

    It docks on a stressed or injured target cell and delivers its message, nudging the cell's own repair and anti-inflammatory machinery.

Regenova reports its own outcomes only from de-identified, aggregated data, and every number carries its denominator. No cherry-picked anecdotes, no results without the cohort they came from.

The outcomes program is live; the numbers aren’t public yet.

Results are collected the moment a physician joins the network. We publish aggregate outcomes here once there’s a cohort large enough to report responsibly, each figure shown with its sample size and follow-up window.
